They think like a business leader while maintaining the discipline of an accounting professional.

Most importantly, they take ownership.

This Position Is NOT

This is not a position focused solely on processing transactions or closing the books.

While strong technical accounting skills are essential, we are seeking a leader who wants to build the financial infrastructure of a growing construction company and help shape its future.

Our Commitment

SET is committed to building a culture of professionalism, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

We believe great financial leadership creates better business decisions, stronger operations, and long-term organizational success.

If you are excited by the opportunity to build, improve, and lead, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
