Human Resources (HR) Assistant

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000-$50,000/year

Job Summary

We are hiring a Human Resources Assistant to support day-to-day HR functions including recordkeeping, onboarding, and employee support. You'll help ensure HR processes run smoothly while gaining broad exposure to core HR functions. A great starting point for a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
• Assist with new hire onboarding and paperwork
• Support recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews
• Respond to basic employee inquiries about policies and benefits
• Help organize employee engagement and training events
• Assist with compliance documentation and audits
• Support HR reporting and data entry
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

Requirements & Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a related role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
