Summary The Inventory Clerk is responsible for conducting cycle counts and tracking inventory within the facility. This role requires strong attention to accuracy, control, monitoring, and coordination to verify inventory levels and investigate count discrepancies. The Inventory Clerk may also assist with shipping, receiving, and production duties as directed by a supervisor. Roles and Responsibilities Perform daily cycle countsMonitoring and controlling inventory integrityMaintain product identification, location, and lot code accuracyResearch inventory discrepanciesWork with Warehouse Manager to resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products. Qualifications Previous inventory experience w/WMS systemsBasic computer literacy requiredPrevious cycle count experience highly preferredMinimum of one year in a manufacturing environment Safety: Observe and follow health and safety regulations Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and proceduresMaintain detailed records of safety incidentsAssign designated safety personnelMaintain warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
