National Automotive Training Academy (NATA) is conducting a confidential search for a premier luxury automotive dealership and dealership group seeking experienced Automotive Technicians ready to build a long-term career with one of the industry's most respected organizations.
If you have Mercedes-Benz, German import, ASE, or OEM certification experience, we want to hear from you. We are hiring technicians of all skill levels, including Apprentice, B-Level, A-Level, Master, and Certified Mercedes-Benz Technicians.
Compensation
$34.00 $60.00 per flat-rate hour , based on experience, certifications, productivity, and manufacturer training. This compensation is designed to be approximately 20% above the typical local market range for experienced technicians.

Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain Mercedes-Benz and other German luxury vehicles
Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and drivability diagnostics
Complete repairs to OEM specifications
Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and service information
Maintain productivity while delivering exceptional quality
Work closely with service advisors and management to provide an outstanding customer experience
Qualifications
Previous dealership technician experience preferred
Mercedes-Benz experience strongly preferred
German import experience highly desired
ASE Certifications and/or OEM Certifications are a plus
Strong electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional attitude, dependability, and a strong work ethic
