Nardis Advisors ( is a growing, independent financial advisory firm based in NY seeking a Permanently Remote Operations Associate who takes ownership, drives execution, and ensures that both tasks—and people—move forward.
This is a hands-on role at the center of the firm. You'll work directly with leadership to translate priorities into action, build structure, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. While there is some client interaction, the core focus is operations, process, and getting things done. This position will be permanently remote . We will provide you with equipment to work from home, but you will be expected to have a workspace where you can work comfortably full-time. This position is open to candidates in Eastern and Central time zones.
