What we're looking for

  • Bring strong corporate recruiting experience ideally in financial services or another highly regulated environment
  • Demonstrate proven full-cycle recruitment capability across sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management and offer processes
  • Partner effectively with senior leaders to support hiring decisions and outcomes
  • Apply proactive sourcing approaches including Boolean search and passive candidate engagement
  • Manage multiple roles in parallel while maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • Communicate clearly with strong organization and reporting skills
  • Collaborate across teams and functions in a matrixed environment
  • Operate with a strong understanding of governance expectations in recruitment and selection activity

If you’re looking for a role with end-to-end ownership and real influence on the talent agenda we’d like to hear from you. Apply to help build the pipelines and hiring decisions that support HSBC’s growth and priorities in the US.
