Job Description

First Baptist Church Baldwyn is a mid-sized church that provides the warmth and connection of a small church, along with the resources and outreach of a larger one. FBC Baldwyn has a long history of serving its members and a strong commitment to reaching the community. With a welcoming congregation and a genuine sense of family, a vibrant student ministry has been a cornerstone of the church for years. The church is dedicated to serving and shaping the next generation of disciples and leaders.
At FBC Baldwyn, we’re seeking a Full-time Student Pastor who is passionate about discipling students and making a genuine impact in their lives. Our next Student Pastor will have a heart for investing in students, discipling them to grow and live out their faith, and empowering them to lead. We want a leader who has the courage to work hard—someone who will actively engage with students, build relationships, and create a welcoming, dynamic ministry that draws teens in. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing church family committed to making disciples.
